- Willow Winters collections can be counted as two, three or four of the boxes total books due to their size and interior quantity.

While we may seem like a large operation here at Willow Winters publishing we’re actually not.
We have less than a handful of people in the warehouse responsible for shipping orders, and one person who handles our Customer Service contact form.
Because of this, our current processing time on orders is 15 business days - not including Saturdays & Sundays.
If you have placed an order that is still within the 15 business days, please do not reach out to us asking for an order update - your email will not be answered.
If your order is over 15 business days, please reach out via our contact form so we can advise you.
While Willow and Hubby, print edges, glue and crimp our special editions, please understand we are still beholden to external printers who actually print our books from file. We do not print and produce our own interiors. And so, this means we can sometimes face delays as we have no control over external printers. Orders coming into us can sometimes range from 5-10 business days up to 30 business days, and don’t get us started on when these printers cancel our orders without warning. Alls to say, please be patient and understanding if we are facing delays on certain titles. We’re doing the best we can.
The processing time stated above, is just our processing time. It does not include shipping.
Shipping times/rates are chosen by you at checkout. Shipping is done via USPS and once the package leaves us, it is out of our control. We do not have any other information on your packages other than what is shown in your tracking visible to you.
While we’d love to have a direct line to every mail man, we do not. And so, please appreciate that since we do not hand deliver parcels, we can’t advise you on where your mailman may have left your order, we can’t tell you what route it’s taking, and we can’t pick up your package from the post office.
From December 4, 2024 we can no longer ship to any countries within the EU and Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR guidelines set out by the European Commission.
RETURN POLICY
Refunds are only processed if there is an issue with your order and items must be returned within 7 days in their original condition.
We do not offer refunds for items returned after 7 days or for customers changing their minds.
While we strive to package items carefully, we are not responsible for minor shipping damages and will only address significant damages reported within 10 days of receipt, with replacements being at the team at Willow Winters Publishing LLC's discretion.
This was my first order with Willow and this genre in particular. Decided to go big and get the double XL ALL book box . The first book i grabbed from my box was Knocking Boots and i couldn’t put it down. Read it in 48hr !!!! Loved it so much i recommended it to my sister in law and she now has it and is ready to make a mystery book box purchase herself !!!!
This was a great way to get introduced to the genre and to Willow herself ! Her writing is so captivating… the story truly comes to life effortlessly in your mind !

Unless you're gonna be featured in a video beware. My personal experience and I may order a second box just to see if there's a difference and this was a one off. Despite ordering a xxl box, the books that I got some of them are damaged and way lower quality than what I see her pack in her tiktok videos.
Ordered the bookbox, and I'm not gonna lie. I've seen the tiktok videos, specifically on my facebook feed. I thought it looked really, really nice, which is what convinced me to order and overall, i'm just very disappointed. Despite ordering an XXL box the box was tiny in size.
I'm not going to lie. I left a lot of notes and was admittedly a little on the picky side. But oh, this is a bit ridiculous. In all of those videos, I've seen on fb, insta and more the quality is vastly different. Those books are all beautiful, not damaged and packed with care. Meanwhile, the books I got some of the spines are damaged.And the one book looks like it has paint on it.
And I don't own any of her books so I requested some of her series like Highest Bidder and All ahe'll Ever Be, and while yes, I asked for discrete covers, my understanding was discrete covers and object covers are the same as im pretty sure thats how she explained it. She also usually hands out one of those little bookmarks that you know explains how her discrete covers work. I didn't get one of those which yeah, it's a freebie, and I shouldn't expect it in all of her videos, she usually hands that out to everyone especially If you're a first time customer, and you're ordering the discrete series. Also when she hands, you like a book that's got multiple books in it. It's like a collection that counts as 2 books maybe 3. So I was a little upset that for 2 different series, instead of giving me the big book that counts as 2 books or maybe 3 books. She handed me the singles, which are numbered. And the highest bidder series is 4 books so that's not a good value to me. Plus in my notes I mentioned I wasn't a fan of the color pink, and yet she gave me books in the discrete series, which while yes, I asked for those books specifically i expected her to give me the collection in one book (as that's what I see her do on tiktok, and while i understand maybe she may not have had the collection book for one of the books but both?) because I listed no pink, if possible. And instead, she handed me like the dark pink books which I'm sure she'll claim is red which it kind of reads purple, but it's really pink, or at least a pinky purple mix.
When it came to merchandise, I'm not going to lie, I sat there and said, I want more books than merch, and I was fairly picky on the things I listed, but I only got 3 pieces of merchandise, one of which was a little wooden bookmark for fated mates. Then I got the my favorite shade is morally Gray. Pillowcase, switch, I'm not going to lie. I thought was going to be a pillowcase, not a like throw pillow case because in all her videos, she advertises it as a pillowcase. Then I got a phone holster, which it's like a little clip on phone stand so you don't have to hold your phone. That was objectively nice, but like when she's got things like book safes, tarot cards, book lights, blankets, hats and plenty of other branded merchandise, that's relatively decent and not pink since I asked for not pink stuff, no grooming supplies like nail files, no blue light glasses as I have a prescription, and no cups/drinkware as i have a medical condition so i drink a massive amount of fluid and those cups are small. She still had plenty of decdnt options to give me and it feels like she was just uninspired or lazy since I wasn't being filmed for tiktok or FB/Instagram content.

I started writing after having my little girl, Evie, December of 2015. All during my pregnancy with her I read. I only wanted to read romance novels and I read everything I could get my hands on. I would read a book a day — sometimes two. In January I was staying up late with her and just thinking of all these stories. They came to me constantly. I finally sat down and just started writing. I always wanted to do it so I figured, why not?
I never thought I would reach this point of success to be honest. It’s insane to me that I have connected with so many readers.
And I love each and every one of them for all of their support. I’ll be honest, some days are HARD. I have my littles during the day and I write at night. Some days are just simply exhausting and then I hear from a reader and it motivates me to push through and keep writing. I couldn’t be more grateful for this wonderful career.
