My team packs 80-100 Mystery Boxes a day, and every single one is packed by hand with the same love and care I'd give it myself. They read every note, even the really long ones, which is part of why our processing time runs a little longer. Thank you for your patience while we get your box just right.

I personally shop for all the merchandise we stock, choosing items that are on brand and things I'd genuinely love and use myself. I adore designing and curating these pieces with you in mind. Just know that selection varies, and we can't guarantee any specific item in your box.

Pretty please don't use it as a shopping list. We love knowing what you like, but we can't guarantee specific requests since we simply don't have everything on hand at all times.

Please be mindful of the item totals listed on each box's product page. Books make up the majority of the cost (singles run $16.99-19.99, collections $34.99-39.99), so factor that in when looking at your box's overall value. Collection books count as more than one book since they're more costly. All-merch boxes are the exception.

We keep things seasonal, so you'll see cozy blankets and warm drinkware in the colder months, and lighter, summery items when it heats up. It keeps every box feeling right for the time of year.

Videos on my social media may be older boxes or reposts of some of my favorites, so we may not have those exact items available. Our distributor works hard to keep the most in-demand pieces stocked, but sometimes a supplier stops making something and it's gone for good (RIP Tavern Mugs). I'll always try to reorder the most popular and most requested items.
